Personal data processing policy
Nore SAS · NIT 901.676.025-3 · Nore Consulting USA · Effective since September 2026
1. Who is responsible for your data
Nore SAS (Nore Consulting USA), NIT 901.676.025-3, is responsible for processing the personal data collected on this website. You can contact us at ibethnore@NoreConsultingUSA.com.
2. What data we collect
- Your name, WhatsApp number, email address and the country where you live.
- What you tell us about your goal in the United States and your situation.
- Technical data about your visit: the campaign that brought you, the referring page and the type of device. We do not store your IP address, only a code derived from it that helps us stop automated submissions.
3. How we use it
- To assess your case and contact you by WhatsApp, phone or email to answer your questions.
- To schedule your consultation and send you the payment details and appointment reminders.
- To send you information about our services, which you can stop receiving at any time.
- To measure, in aggregate, which campaigns work.
We do not sell or rent your data. We only share it with the providers that help us operate (the CRM, scheduling and messaging platform we use to serve you), who process it following our instructions.
4. How long we keep it
For as long as we have a relationship with you and for the time the law requires us to keep records. If you ask us to delete your data and no legal obligation prevents it, we delete it.
5. Your rights
As the owner of your data, you can at any time:
- Access, update and correct your data.
- Request proof of the authorization you gave us.
- Be informed of how we have used your data.
- Revoke your authorization or ask us to delete your data, unless a legal or contractual duty prevents it.
- File complaints with Colombia's Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).
To exercise these rights, write to us at ibethnore@NoreConsultingUSA.com with your name, your request and a way to reach you. We respond within the deadlines set by Colombian Law 1581 of 2012: ten business days for inquiries and fifteen for complaints.
6. Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version at this same address with its effective date.
